Want to know how TwtQpon works? Here are some of the most frequently asked questions.

1- Can I set how many coupons will be available?

Yes, we will not allow any more tweets to go out after all coupons have been claimed.

2- How is a coupon claimed?

Users must tweet in order to claim one of your coupons. They must come to your TwtQpon page (ie: http://twtqpon.com/demo), where you can use to describe your product/service with photos, videos, etc. They must click on the "Tweet to claim it" button on the top/right on the page. One of your coupons will be then be associated with that user.

3- How exactly do they redeem our coupons?

You have two options when setting up your coupon: (1) In-store delivery or (2) Online delivery. In the In-store case, we will generate an unique code automatically and associate it with the user who claims it. They must print a copy or bring it on their smartphone to your store. On the other side, you have a list of names who claimed your coupons and the unique codes associated with them for verification. In the Online case, you may enter an URL to be redirected along with a code for them to use at your online store.

4- Do my visitors need to be on Twitter or have a TwtQpon account to claim our coupons?

Yes, they must have a Twitter account as they will need to tweet from it in order to claim the coupon. No, they do NOT need to sign up for a TwtQpon account.
